Why we exist
The greatest satisfaction comes from seeing good people meet and the outcomes that follow. We create the setting, context and trust for thoughtful conversations between people who might not otherwise have met.
The circle spans business, investment, the professions, academia, diplomacy, technology, healthcare, arts and culture.
How we work
Every member is considered individually. We listen first, understand what they wish to achieve and introduce people only where the relevance is clear and the interest is mutual.

Roger Morgan
Roger Morgan’s career has centred on building businesses and bringing people together. At 27, he held responsibility for a billion-dollar telecommunications operation and was the youngest person at his grade by almost 30 years.
He later worked internationally across telecommunications and consultancy, supporting major institutions around the world. He also founded an agency that helped launch Virgin Atlantic, Dell Computers and other leading organisations across technology, aviation and finance.
Following a promise to his father, Roger took responsibility for a family subsidiary, led its turnaround and helped structure its successful sale to the management team.
Those experiences inform The Elite Circles today. Roger’s motivation remains straightforward: understanding good people, bringing them together thoughtfully and seeing meaningful outcomes follow.
